This Charming and Carefree Resort Home is  for sale by owner only because we had to relocate to Colorado.

We are motivated to sell. Please be assured we are "legit;" we are Members of the Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce. See our vacation rental information in the current Harbor Country Magazine. Stop by the Chamber Office just east on Warren Woods Rd and Three Oaks Rd. and say "hi" from nancy and matt.  While for sale by owner the resort management will be instrumental in the sale.

In the meantime, we are taking Vacation Rentals Inquiries.

In summer season there is a 3 night minimum. Rentals Early Spring thru Halloween.

The Charming and Carefree Resort home is located within and on Lakeside Cabins Resort, Warren Woods Road, near the Warren Woods State Park. This is in between Union Pier and Three Oaks.

Only 2 miles from Lake Michigan.

This is an affordable* maintenance free cabin home.  While having a cabin look on the outside it is very light, bright and neutral on its inside.  Turn Key, all furniture included.

 

*Affordable, as of June 2019 in Harbor Country area only land and a couple in town homes (Three Oaks only, nothing in New Buffalo or Union Pier)were selling at a price point under $115,000. There are other price points being sold at the resort, most comparable are selling at quite a bit higher price and those under $100,000 are properties that have layout, porches or locations that are not even comparable.

The resort, Lakeside Cabins Resort is a well established and popular 15 year resort, and is unlike any other in SW Michigan.  Full amenities and activities.  Please see below for a listing of resort activities, events and resort amenities and offerings.

 

There is no property tax.  The resort has biannual dues. Just pay for your own electric use, and propane (stove, hot water heater.)

There is no billing for water use.Truly maintenance free, resort does all of the upkeep!

In all the fun of the resort you will want and appreciate the location of the  Charming and Carefree Cabin as it is located in a very tranquil area of this busy resort! So partake in all the resort has to offer and still enjoy serene and natural beauty outside your door step.  There are only 6 cabins in our section  and none directly next door--this is a big deal in such a resort!

It is also adjacent to a large Open Field which is lined with old growth trees.
